Please forget what you think you know about great customer service until you have had a taste of these guys. I am an editor for a local Calgary news paper (for which I can not mention the name due to our policy) and was in the middle of a large story when my youngest one accidentally spilled wine over my brand new MacBook Pro. My MacBook Pro for a few months, it was getting slower and slower and not connecting properly. I brought it in to the shop, they looked at it for three minutes and made a diagnosis, walked me through what to do in two minutes, I went home and did it and I was all set! They could have easily told me to leave it there for a few hours and I would’ve been none the wiser and would have paid to get it fixed, but that didn’t even occur to them.
